Ponder which setting would best display the purpose of your promotion. Images in the heart of your office environment can portray a sense of hard work and diligence. A window into your conference rooms or desk settings help to connect to the working population with a sense of likeness. Is your organization charitable to your community? Perhaps you would do well to showcase your involvement by scheduling a promo session in tandem with an event you are hosting in your local community, or plan a company family outing in a park setting to showcase your family-friendly practices. If your company’s objective is to attract more modern concepts, maybe placing your brand or face of the company in bold contrast to some heart of downtown backdrops would illustrate a fast-paced go-get-em attitude. If you’re a musical group, perhaps this would be a local landmark or famed location to showcase your group’s personality and your city’s roots. Maybe you’re an acoustic musician who has a favorite coffee shop that you’d love to have as the setting for an intimate promo session.
Think through your mission, ponder your intentions, harness your motivations, and visualize what you wish to convey and to whom through these promotional images, and together we shall capture, illustrate and showcase your purpose.
Whatever and whomever your group consists of, we will orchestrate a time and location prior to the date of the session that works for the whole. Plan on at very least, a half hour session. Depending the setting and corralling of the crew, sometimes a full hour session will have a more fluid nature than a limited timespan. (If your group is larger than 5 members, or is convening in an unfamiliar place, please do consider a full hour session minimum to best capture your desired results with everyone present.)
We will rendezvous on location unless otherwise planned, so if rides are necessary, please do plan accordingly. Specify any particular shot ideas or concepts you have in mind while we are considering location, as some ideas may require catching surrounding elements at a specific nuance in order to come to a proper fruition. Some places have a very selective window of opportunity to work with. Let’s plan ahead and catch it! Also, splitting the session is possible in order to accommodate capturing all particular groupings of peoples at agreeable and workable times for everyone. Perhaps you wish to have separate shots for your marketing team, rhythm section, stage crew, customer service team, sales staff etc. Maybe even a second wardrobe choice, in which case, we are happy to work with accommodating all your desires and fulfilling your every need.
Note: 5-7 business days from the event, you’ll be receiving a digitalized copy of your promotional session.

Images can be used to build a new and refreshing look to your website, boost your social media presence, advertise in local periodicals and news agencies, and even decorate the office with familiar faces. Feel free to be as serious, natural, and wild as you wish to showcase your particular personality however you desire.

45 minute promotional portrait session; 20-25 edited digital images: $100-120 *

*Peace of Light Photographic operates as a roving and well-travelled entity. Travel fees will be figured into the allover package cost. If your event is within the western United States, and you are willing to negotiate fair and appropriate travel expense coverage, then please do feel free to inquire of our availability. If you are located outside of these states, travel reimbursement as well as a negotiated contract are available. (Some locations have strict no camera on site regulations unless previously authorized. ie- If you were hoping to assemble on the steps of the capital building, we would need to schedule around their events, and make sure we are aloud on the grounds and premise for the session date….)
